Iron Pipes
Ductile iron pipe has the essence of iron and the performance of steel, so there is this name. Graphite in nodular cast iron pipes exists in a spherical form, and the size of the general graphite is 6-7.
In terms of quality, the nodularization grade of cast iron pipe is required to be controlled to 1-3 grades, and the nodularization rate is ≥80%, so the mechanical properties of the material itself have been better improved, with the essence of iron and the performance of steel.
After annealing ductile iron pipe, its metallographic structure is ferrite plus a small amount of pearlite, mechanical properties are good, so it is also called cast iron steel pipe.
